About the Law Office of Susan Marks (formerly Susan Marks & Advocates)
Susan Marks is a well-known special education and disability attorney based in Arizona, who provides legal representation and advocacy to individuals facing disability discrimination, such as the denial of accommodations that are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504, and accessing an appropriate education as provided for under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Susan began her legal practice in 2015 when she opened as Susan Marks & Advocates, PLLC. Under that practice, Susan supervised educational advocates to provide effective advocacy at IEP and 504 Plan meetings.
Since 2015, Susan has assisted many individuals and families to access the services to which they were entitled under the IDEA, Section 504, and the ADA. With her extensive experience and knowledge of disability law and her many years in the field of special education and disability programs, she works to ensure that individuals with disabilities are able to access the services and accommodations they need to thrive.
